This new Triple Breezeway was completed recently and set up for dual trainers. Featuring dual 12×24 tack rooms with windows, a pair of groom/wash stalls, and storage rooms for each trainer. With a total of 32 working stalls, the roof design quickly elevates to reduce heat and provides comfort for the horses with added features like reflective roof insulation, 72” fans, RCA windows, and end gable shutters to help regulate air flow. This triple breezeway also features a custom multi-slide shutter system at the groom/wash bays allowing for ultimate air flow during summer use.
