The side porch provides run in shelter for horses or other livestock. On the other side of the 12-foot breezeway, there is an office/storage room with rear window, tack room with rear window, and an open bay for hay or equipment.

To match the owners existing home, custom wood fascia and breezeway doors were added, and plywood decking was specified in the building plans. The owner added stucco, stone veneer, and custom tile roofing.
