FCP Barns & Buildings, Inc. (FCP) warrants that all products it supplies will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date the product is delivered to the Original Purchaser. “Original Purchaser” is that person or entity who originally purchases FCP products for their own use. This warranty is subject to the terms, provisions, exclusions, and limitations set forth herein.

Metal roofing is warranted for 30 years directly through the roofing manufacturer.

FCP warrants that it will repair or replace any double-sided, 3/4″ steel-lined wall or door panel that a horse kicks completely through for the lifetime of the product to the original purchaser.

If defects appear during the warranty period, FCP will, at its sole option and as the customer’s sole remedy, repair or replace the defective product once returned to FCP’s manufacturing facility, provided that FCP receives written notice of the defect. Written approval by FCP Barns & Buildings must be obtained prior to having any repairs made or parts replaced under the Limited Warranty. Unauthorized claims will not be paid by FCP. Written or verbal commitments by Salespeople or Dealers do not qualify.

Repairs and replacement parts authorized by FCP shall be subject to this Limited Warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

The Original Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty is expressly limited to: (1) return of the goods and repayment of the purchase price, or (2) repair and replace nonconforming goods or parts as set forth herein. The maximum liability of FCP in connection with this Limited Warranty shall not, in any event, exceed the original price paid for the product claimed to be defective or unsuitable.

FCP MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATION OF WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT AND COMPONENTS AND THE FOREGOING IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EXCEPT TITLE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND FCP MAKES NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE OR USE.

THE FOLLOWING ARE SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED FROM THE LIMITED WARRANTY: (1) Incidental, cosmetic, or consequential damages; (2) Damage caused in shipment; (3) Damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, accident, or use in violation of instructions furnished by FCP; (4) Damage resulting from acts of God, war or riot; (5) Equipment and parts which have been altered in any way whatsoever without written authorization from FCP;
(6)All repairs and replacement parts not authorized by FCP; (7) Cement fiberboard, exposed wood products, and related finishes (T&G, T-111, Cement fiberboard, etc.). (8) Any labor and transportation costs incurred in removing or reinstalling FCP parts or products.
